When circumstances change rapidly and we want to be sure things don't disappear, it's important to find a place to put them. Especially if we want to find the again later. Or if we just want to be sure that remain as more than memories in our increasingly feeble brains.

I stopped updating the original focus of this blog over a year ago, but the server is still running, so I'm using it as life changes and transitions are made.

In sore need of an update ...

Courtesy of Google Dashboard, I am reminded that I haven't updated this blog since April and the year is nearly over ... and I HATE those "year's end" update messages that everyone wants to share this time of year. But I have been remiss.

Suffice it to say, it's been busy and at some point in the immediate future, I will need to do something about this blog — maybe even make changes in the direction it takes (with two posts to date, it wouldn't constitute a major change).

So until then ...
